The 4th Annual Monterey Bay School of Piping will be held in association with The National Piping Centre in Glasgow, Scotland. This year it will be held June 28 - July 3rd, 2008, at The Stevenson School in Pebble Beach, California. Enrollment is open to all ages and skill level. Registration and information is available on the Piping Centre web site. In addition to four piping instructors, top instructors for Snare, Tenor, and Bass drumming will be offered. A public concert will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd and Pub Night will take place at the Mucky Duck on Monday, June 30th.

The Monterey Highland Games will be held on July 5th and 6th, following the close of the Piping School.
